NHT Solution – OASE ENTERPRISE MOBILE APPS – The Oase Enterprise application is a mobile application application that can be downloaded from the playstore Oase Enterprise-Apps. OASE Enterprise is an office presence application based on fingerprint, smartcard and Selfie+GPS where attendance information is stored in a cloud server so that data can be accessed mobile and realtime.
OASE Enterprise devices can be used as a medium of communication between employees and superiors and HRD by utilizing Android Native as a mediator.
This application consists of several features including :
- Apply for Permission (Illness/Permission) Online by attaching a photo of the Permission Letter
- Absence of Online Presence ( ENTER/RETURN/OFFICE [SPPD])
- Report incidents of violations committed by employees or report incidents (for example: fire on line 1) by attaching photo evidence of the incident
- Dashboard of user data information
- Announcement from the company you work for
- Employee Attendance Report
- Employee Income / Payroll Report itself
- Employee Performance Appraisal
- History of reporting by the employee
- Employee/User Profile of the Application
- Change Password & Edit Profile
This application can be activated if the company you work for has collaborated with us, so this application can be processed according to employee data in the company where you work.
