CV. NHT SOLUTION built the app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by NHT SOLUTION at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page
is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to
use our Service. If you choose to use our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information related to this policy. The
Personal Information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except
as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which
are accessible in the application unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Collection and Use of Information

For a better experience, when using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including
but not limited to your location, camera access (for attendance and documentation photos), and photo library access. The information we
request will be stored by us and used as described in this privacy policy. This application uses third-party services that may collect

Attendance Photo / Face Data

When clocking in or out, employees take a photo (selfie) that serves solely as visual proof of attendance, together with GPS location and
a timestamp.

– No biometric processing. The app does NOT create, extract, or store any faceprint, face template, or facial-geometry data, and does NOT
perform facial recognition or biometric authentication. Only a standard image file (JPEG) is stored.
– Reason for storage. The photo is kept as proof of attendance for attendance verification, attendance auditing, and payroll/HR
administration by the company’s HR department.
– Retention period. Attendance photos are stored for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months, after which they are automatically deleted. This
period covers one annual attendance and payroll audit cycle; after that, the photos are no longer needed and are not retained.
– Third parties. Attendance photos and any face-related images are NOT shared with any third party. This data is stored only on
company-controlled servers and is accessed solely by authorized HR/administrators for internal purposes. The general “Service provider”
third-party clause below does NOT apply to attendance photos or face data.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the application we collect data and information (through
third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”)
address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the application when using our Service, the time and date of use of
the Service, and other statistics.

Cookie

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are generally used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from
the websites you visit and stored in your device’s internal memory. This service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However,
applications may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the
option to accept or reject these cookies and know when a cookie is sent to your device. If you choose to reject our cookies, you may not
be able to use some parts of the Service.

remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot
guarantee their absolute safety.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children

contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary action.
